  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions

  • The refund window starts from the date of the initial purchase

  • Full refunds are available for annual subscriptions within this window

3.2 Prorated Refunds

  • After the 30-day money-back guarantee period, prorated refunds are not available

  • You will continue to have access to your paid plan until the end of your billing period

3.3 Currency and Processing

  • All refunds will be processed in the original currency of purchase

  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account

4.2 Account Status Post-Refund

  • Upon refund processing, your account will revert to the Free Forever plan

  • Existing data and business cards will remain accessible under Free plan limitations

  • Premium features will no longer be available

  • Account settings and preferences will be preserved

  • Refund processing: Within 5 business days after approval

  • Confirmation email: Sent once refund is complete

  • Funds appearance: 5-10 business days (varies by payment provider)
